The TILA Team — Dave Wilson

An accounting graduate of Western Washington University, Dave began his career as a CPA working as an auditor in a national CPA firm. He later joined McCaw Cellular in the early, pioneering days of wireless technology, holding a variety of financial, accounting, and M&A positions. Before joining TILA Mortgage, Dave has been utilizing his skills as a “CFO-for-hire” at a number of Seattle-area companies.

“I believe one should be both competent at what they do and have fun doing it! I’m most energized when working with people to help them reach their goals. My years in accounting and finance have forged the strong disciplines of attention to detail, thoroughness, process improvement, and financial acumen – all of which I’m excited to put to use in the mortgage industry.”

Dave is an accredited CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant), a licensed mortgage loan originator (Lic #1948324) and has served on the Board of Directors of an international charity.
